“Upon arrival, the lobby itself was very nice and clean and the front desk staff was very friendly and informative. When we got to our room it was clean and easy to find in the villa. To my understanding, housekeeping is limited? However, we received NO housekeeping at all. We stayed for 3 nights and no one ever came and changed our bed sheets or gave us new towels. This was all we typically expect out of a hotel stay, the bare minimum. I had to call on the 2nd night and ask for towels and then I...
